In order to comply with real estate commission/board regulations, you are expected to arrive on time. We cannot allow anyone to enter the classroom after the class has started. You may reschedule to take the class another day barring any administrative/cancellation fees.
No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the classroom. Everyone attending an education class must have a valid real estate license.
Montgomery County GCAAR classes: If Montgomery County Public Schools experience a delayed opening due to inclement weather, GCAAR classes held in any Montgomery County location will be delayed until 10:00 am. If Montgomery County Public Schools are closed due to inclement weather, GCAAR classes held in any Montgomery County location will be cancelled.
Washington, DC GCAAR classes: If DC Public Schools experience a delayed opening due to inclement weather, GCAAR classes held in any DC location will be delayed until 10:00 am. If DC Public Schools are closed due to inclement weather, GCAAR classes held in any DC location will be cancelled.
This does not necessarily mean that GCAAR's offices will be closed or have a delayed opening.

Cancellation requests must be received by GCAAR in writing at least 3 (three) business days prior to the start of the program. Refunds will be issued minus a $10 processing fee for each class cancelled. Course transfers are not accepted. "No shows" will forfeit their registration fee.
