Washington, DC's new vacant property legislation went into effect on October 1. At GCAAR's annual REALTOR^®Fest on October 4, GCAAR hosted a special briefing session of the new law and its implications with DCRA's Deputy Director for Communications & Customer Service, Nick Majett.

The information session included an overview followed by a question and answer session. The presentation was a valuable educational opportunity for REALTORS^® to learn about the new vacant property law from one of DCRA's leading authorities.
