The Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS® (GCAAR) held its Annual Meeting on Tuesday, December 11 at The Mansion at Strathmore Hall in North Bethesda, MD. At the meeting, members of the GCAAR Board of Directors for 2008 were recognized and sworn in. Dennis Melby of Long & Foster Real Estate Inc. was installed as GCAAR's 2008 President.
