Development District Amendments
Dennis Melby, 2008 President of the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS®, will testify before the Montgomery County Council in response to Bill 36-07, Development Districts - Amendments, on Tuesday, January 15 at 7:30 pm.
The bill would increase government regulations on real estate transactions, increase mandates for disclosures, and add extra paperwork to the real estate contract. GCAAR believes the current law is already efficient in addressing development districts as they are listed on the property tax bill.
