Costs

2008 Annual Leasing Fee: $ 79.85

Features and Benefits of the DisplayKEY:

Infrared capability allows access to both AEII's and iBoxes.
Provides information, instructions and messages on a backlit screen.
Easy to use battery charger is included, and the DisplayKEY sends low battery signal days ahead.
Tells you when you've got showings.
Automatically updates and charges on a nightly basis. You no longer need to make monthly phone calls to KIM.

eKEY

The eKEY uses a Tungsten E2 (which must be purchased from an electronics retailer) in conjunction with a specially designed SUPRA shell.
Costs

SUPRA Shell Lease: $28.36 per month as automatic debit

Activation Fee: $90

Optional Insurance: $25 per year to cover loss or theft of shell only

iBoxes

Costs $100.00 (plus tax)
Features and Benefits of the iBox:
The Supra iBox is the most intelligent KeyBox ever developed. Using the Infrared Data Association's (IrDA) communication technology, agents will experience the ease of "point and beam" when accessing listing keys. Consumers are most familiar with infrared (IrDA) through their TV remote controls however many handheld devices today such as PDAs, mobile phones, laptop computers and printers, use IrDA communication.
[NOTE: Display and eKEYs are compatible for use with both AEII and iBoxes.]
